Mahim West Railway Station: The pick-up point is opposite the Wave Coffee Shop, near the ticket counter. Our guide will be waiting for you wearing a Nine Tours ID Card.

Our walking tours of Mumbai are a popular experience and advanced booking is recommended to secure your spot. Participants are required to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure their reservation.
Cancellations made more than 12 hours prior to the tour start time will be fully refunded, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the tour start time will not be eligible for a refund.
No-shows: If you do not show up for the tour without canceling in advance, you will not be eligible for a refund, including the non-refundable deposit.
Inclement weather: In the event of inclement weather, the tour will still go ahead unless deemed unsafe by the tour guide. If the tour is canceled due to inclement weather, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule for another day or receive a full refund.
