Our free walking tours require no upfront payment and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants are encouraged to arrive on time to ensure their spot on the tour.
However, we understand that plans can change and you may need to cancel your participation in the tour. We ask that you provide us with at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel your reservation. This allows us to offer your spot to another participant and ensures a more accurate headcount for the tour guide. No-shows: If you do not show up for the tour without cancelling at least 12 hours in advance, you will be considered a "no-show".
No-shows may impact your ability to participate in future tours, as we have limited spots available each day.
Inclement weather: If inclement weather is forecasted on the day of the tour, we will make every effort to conduct the tour as planned. However, in the event of severe weather, we may cancel the tour for safety reasons. In this case, you will be notified by email or phone and offered the opportunity to reschedule for another day.
