1. Meet your guide at Fort St. George, a historic site that was the first British fortress in India. Your guide will give you an overview of the fort's history, architecture and significance.
2. Visit the oldest Anglican church in Asia, the CSI St. Mary's Church, which is located within the fort's premises. Your guide will explain the significance of the church and its colonial history.
3. Walk to the nearby Victory War Memorial, a monument that commemorates the sacrifice of Indian soldiers who fought in the First World War.
4. Head to TAN Tea, a local tea shop that's popular among locals. You'll get to sample some of their special teas and learn about the different tea varieties that are popular in Chennai.

Our night walking tours are a unique and popular experience that requires advanced booking to secure your spot. Participants are required to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure their reservation.
Cancellations made more than 12 hours prior to the tour start time will be fully refunded, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the tour start time will not be eligible for a refund.
No-shows: If you do not show up for the tour without cancelling in advance, you will not be eligible for a refund, including the non-refundable deposit.
Inclement weather: If inclement weather is forecasted on the day of the tour, the tour will still go ahead unless deemed unsafe by the tour guide. If the tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule for another day or receive a full refund.
Personal safety: Our night walking tours take place in public spaces and participants are expected to behave responsibly and follow the instructions of the tour guide at all times. Participants who engage in dangerous or disruptive behavior may be asked to leave the tour and will not be eligible for a refund.
