1. Meet at CSMT (Chattrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus). This UNESCO World Heritage site is a must-see for its stunning Victorian-Gothic architecture and its historical significance as the main railway station of Mumbai.
2. From CSMT, we will walk to BMC headquaters which is the administrative headquarters of the civic body of the city of Mumbai.
3. Next, we will head to Chief Metropolitiam Magistrate Court. This impressive building is the oldest court in Mumbai, with a history dating back to the 1800s.
4. Moving ahead, we will see St. Xaviers College, the college is known for its beautiful architecture and historic significance.
5. Then we will walk to Mumbai Press Club where we will learn about the history of press and media in Mumbai.
6. Next, we will walk around Azad Maidan which is a popular spot for locals and visitors alike. The Maidan is a popular spot for political rallies and cultural events.
7. From there, we will head to Fashion Street, where you can find a wide variety of clothes, accessories and footwear at affordable prices.
8. We will then visit Wankhede Stadium, home of the Mumbai Cricket team and one of the most famous cricket stadiums in India.
9. Finally, we will end the tour at Marine Drive, also known as the "Queen's Necklace" because of the street lights that illuminate the promenade at night. Our night walking tours are a unique and popular experience that requires advanced booking to secure your spot. Participants are required to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure their reservation.
Cancellations made more than 12 hours prior to the tour start time will be fully refunded, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the tour start time will not be eligible for a refund.
No-shows: If you do not show up for the tour without cancelling in advance, you will not be eligible for a refund, including the non-refundable deposit.
Inclement weather: If inclement weather is forecasted on the day of the tour, the tour will still go ahead unless deemed unsafe by the tour guide. If the tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule for another day or receive a full refund.
Personal safety: Our night walking tours take place in public spaces and participants are expected to behave responsibly and follow the instructions of the tour guide at all times. Participants who engage in dangerous or disruptive behavior may be asked to leave the tour and will not be eligible for a refund.
